They are in a convenient location, near a mall and have a modern design with a big TV, clean tile floors, and friendly staff. One good thing is that they gave a discount due to overbooking. despite being an apartment style room, there's no refrigerator or coffee maker.
The hotel seems to struggle during busy times, with overbooking issues leading to uncomfortable waits for rooms.

Luxury hotel at a relatively budget price. Nice accomodations.
Lack of a real closet, since the closet was in the bathroom. Most of the time there was no drinking glass in the room, and I had to ask for one. The shower curtains were either too long or too short (in two different rooms that I stayed in),

All staff was very friendly and helpful
There was only one bath towel. I took a shower the night I arrived and had to ask for another one for the next morning as it would still be wet. However, the staff immediately brought one to the room with no problem

Clean room with modern design and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Close proximity to a shopping mall and accessible to public transport.
Overbooked and unprepared to handle administration challenges, resulting in an hour wait for a room. No coffee machine or refrigerator in the room.

Location was great, everything was about 10 minutes away. The rooms were very modern and confortable. Great airconditioning system, the room was always cold. Staff was very friendly and helpful, which was great.
The showers need to be fixed. When you turn on the water, it splashes everywere, there is no center point, and the door needs to be fixed so it closes completely. By the time your done showering some of floor is wet outside. Its not a big deal, but it something that can be improved.

This place is so new and clean! The simple yet modern design pleased my eye and the staff was very helpful. , the location is convenient and close to the mall and a cheap taxi ride to the city center.
The hotel lacks some basic amenities that could improve the stay, such as a refrigerator or coffee machine.
